Paul Loh and Will Delgado are presenting a CLE for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Southwest Ohio Chapter as part of Willenken’s 2017 ACC sponsorship.
The presentation, “A Brave New World in IP,” will highlight new litigation tactics in light of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
During the presentation, attendees will assume the role of the newly hired vice president of intellectual property for the fictional “Bowtie Bourbon,” a company facing a slew of IP matters involving allegations of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement. With the help of Willenken lawyers and their fellow in-house panelists, attendees will put together an action plan to beat back the allegations and rescue their new employer!
