An ambitious and results-driven litigator, Caitlin Foley Lynch represents large corporations, in a variety of industries, in both state and federal courts.

Caitlin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She handles matters at every stage of litigation, from pre-trial motions and depositions to assisting with trials.

Prior to joining Willenken, Caitlin served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Judge J.P. Stadtmueller in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin. She also served as a Deputy Public Defender for Kern County in California. Before that, Caitlin practiced at Arnold & Porter LLP, where she was seconded to Public Counsel’s Immigrants’ Rights Project for six months.

During law school, she served as Co-Chair for the Skid Row Housing Clinic, the Homelessness Prevention Clinic, and the Connecting Angelenos to Resources and Essential Services (CARES) Clinic under El Centro Legal.

When not practicing law, Caitlin enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling. She is conversational in French.
