Paul Loh and Will Delgado presented a CLE on intellectual property for the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Southwest Ohio Chapter on Sept. 25 in Covington, Ky.
The presentation, “A Brave New World in IP,” highlighted new litigation tactics in light of recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions.
During the presentation, attendees assumed the role of the newly hired vice president of Intellectual Property for the fictional “Bowtie Bourbon,” a company facing a slew of IP matters involving allegations of patent, trademark, and copyright infringement. With the help of Willenken lawyers and their fellow in-house panelists, the attendees put together an action plan to beat back the allegations and rescue their new employer.
