Partner Amelia Sargent authored an article for the Daily Journal titled “Trends in Noncompete Laws May Affect Trade Secret Litigation.”
Amelia’s article was published in Daily Journal‘s “Leading Commercial Litigators 2024” issue, in which Willenken’s managing partner Paul Loh was honored as a “Leading Commercial Litigator.”
The article covers possible future trends in trade secret litigation due to changes to noncompete laws in California and potentially nationwide as the Federal Trade Commission considers a nationwide ban on noncompete clauses.
