Sherin covers best practices for overseeing, understanding, and implementing e-Discovery projects, and discusses best practices in e-Discovery related to the duty of competence and the duty of confidentiality. She provides an overview of an attorney’s ethical duties in the handling of discovery of electronically-stored information.
