Consumer Electronics Accessory Company v. Competing Manufacturer

Defended a case in which a consumer electronics accessory company sued its competitor for patent infringement.

Willenken was retained to defend the initial action in the District of Colorado and a surprise second action: a section 337 before the International Trade Commission (ITC). After several months of rapid-fire litigation, Willenken obtained a very favorable global settlement of both the patent action in Colorado and the ITC investigation.
