Partners Amelia Sargent and Jason Wilson will present a CLE titled “Managing the Risks and Rewards of Trade Secrets: A Guide for In-House Counsel” at the “Just in Time” annual conference hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Southwest Ohio Chapter.

Amelia and Jason’s presentation addresses several very timely topics since in today’s global marketplace of ideas, a business’s trade secrets have never been more important. At the same time, companies face increasing risks regarding these vital assets: the world is ever more connected by technology, product cycles are accelerating, and employees commonly engage in remote work—or move on to new careers in competing industries.
