On March 15, 2024, Willenken partner Amelia Sargent will present on the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA)’s Trade Secret Summit panel, titled “Artificial Intelligence and Trade Secrets.”
Amelia’s panel will cover novel issues posted by artificial intelligence in trade secret law, including trade secret protection of AI-related information, risks posed by generative AI, regulatory issues, and the interplay of calls for transparency with the law’s requirements for secrecy when dealing with trade secrets. Amelia will be joined by practitioners and academics at the cutting edge of this topic.
