Kenneth Trujillo-Jamison, Breeanna Brewer, and Kirby Hsu Join the LCLD 2022 Class of Fellows and Pathfinders

Willenken LLP is pleased to announce that partner Kenneth Trujillo-Jamison has been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2022 Class of Fellows. In addition, associates Breeanna Brewer and Kirby Hsu have both been selected to participate in the LCLD 2022 Class of Pathfinders.

Launched in 2011, LCLD created the landmark Fellows Program for diverse lawyers with 8-15 years of practice experience. The LCLD Fellows Program aims to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Kenneth is joining a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations.

Willenken has been a proud member of LCLD since 2011. Kenneth is Willenken’s tenth LCLD Fellow. The Fellows Program has trained more than 1,600 mid-career attorneys so far and is one of LCLD’s most important initiatives.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of this program is to provide Pathfinders with practical tools for developing and leveraging professional networks, foundational leadership skills, and career development strategies.

In March 2022, Kenneth, Breeanna and Kirby are scheduled to attend the first LCLD 2022 Fellows and Pathfinder virtual meetings to kick off the one-year program. This is followed by additional meetings later in the year.

“This is such a great honor for Kenneth, Breeanna and Kirby. We are very excited to have them represent the firm and continue our participation in the LCLD Fellows and Pathfinder Programs. Our LCLD program participants have secured leadership positions in our firm, as well as key in-house positions at leading companies such as Snap and Amazon.”
