Kenneth Trujillo-Jamison Joins Willenken as a Senior Associate

Willenken is pleased to announce that Kenneth Trujillo-Jamison has joined the firm as a senior associate.

Kenneth focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, entertainment litigation, and intellectual property litigation matters. He has particular experience handling copyright infringement claims and securities fraud cases, regularly representing clients ranging from popular film studios to major financial institutions. In some of his most high-profile cases, Kenneth worked on the defense team for the motion picture “Inside Out.” There, he helped convince two district court judges to dismiss with prejudice the plaintiffs’ copyright infringement claims and related idea theft claims under California state law, ending those matters before discovery.

Kenneth comes to Willenken from Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP, where he practiced for over seven years. He also clerked for The Honorable Judge Paul J. Watford of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Most recently, Kenneth was on secondment as litigation counsel at Mattel, Inc., where he managed nationwide litigation matters.

“I am very excited to join Willenken, knowing its reputation as a top litigation firm with diverse talent. I believe my experience with intellectual property matters and in the entertainment space will further enhance the team’s capabilities in these areas.”
