On September 19, 2022, the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ) announced the 2022 “Most Admired Law Firms to Work For” List. For the third consecutive year, Willenken is featured in this special LABJ supplement that distinguishes the most admired and best law firms to work for in the Los Angeles area.
LABJ’s “Most Admired Law Firms to Work For” recognition is being awarded to those law firms that are consciously working towards creating diverse, positive, and supportive environments to help drive the success of their attorneys.
Those law firms selected for inclusion were reviewed by LABJ‘s editorial department and chosen based on a demonstration of impact made on the profession and Los Angeles community, as well as programs and initiatives that benefit staff.
To create the list, LABJ considered a combination of the following elements, with many firms scoring high in all the categories listed below:

- Benefits
- Programs
- Diversity and women’s initiatives
- Work-life balance
