Willenken is pleased to announce that Mayra de Aguiar has joined the firm as senior counsel.
Mayra brings over 17 years of litigation experience to Willenken, with 15 years in the private sector and two years as in-house counsel. Most recently, she served as litigation counsel at Roll Law Group, the captive litigation law firm for The Wonderful Company.
Mayra’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, class action litigation, employment litigation, and product liability. Her litigation experience spans both the trial and appellate levels in matters ranging from class actions, contract disputes, discrimination claims, corporate duties, employment actions, and vertical integration disputes. Mayra has extensive experience representing Fortune 500 companies and global corporations in product liability lawsuits, as well as both defending and prosecuting employment actions.

Mayra received her B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
