Intellectual Property in 2017

The Supreme Court continued to show interest in deciding intellectual property cases throughout 2017. 

During its term, the Court examined the proper venue for patent litigation, whether disparaging trademarks could be registered, and whether cheerleader uniforms could be protected by copyright law (among other things).
