    Amelia addressed, among other topics, the four core ethical challenges of remote work for lawyers, which include:

    • Confidentiality-technology,
    • Leadership-remoteness, and
    • Kindness challenges.

    Amelia also talked about how the ethical rules can help inform, manage, and inspire attorneys to meet the challenges of remote work.
