Partner Amelia Sargent presented on “Practicing Remotely and Ethically: Do’s and Don’ts for In-House and Outside Counsel,” during American Law Institute CLE’s Legal Issues in Museum Administration (LIMA) 2021 Virtual Conference.
Amelia addressed, among other topics, the four core ethical challenges of remote work for lawyers, which include:
- Client-service,
- Confidentiality-technology,
- Leadership-remoteness, and
- Kindness challenges.
Amelia also talked about how the ethical rules can help inform, manage, and inspire attorneys to meet the challenges of remote work.
