Senior Associate Kenneth Trujillo-Jamison delivered a CLE presentation on “Ethics for Litigating in the Post-Pandemic World.”
During the presentation, Kenneth discussed the applicable ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct and identified several potential ethical challenges for litigating in the post-pandemic world.
The presentation also included a few illustrative, cautionary tales for how to ethically and effectively handle:
• Remote depositions,
• Remote hearings and trials, and
• Attorneys working remotely.
