Amelia is an accomplished litigator and strategist. She leverages her creative approach to lawyering and her superb skill in crafting compelling narratives to win cases for Fortune 500 clients. Amelia has achieved multiple victories, including arguing and winning summary judgment on behalf of a major LED manufacturer against $16 million in cross-claims—which was affirmed by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit following Amelia’s oral argument upon appeal—and successfully resolving allegations of trade secret misappropriation and other claims relating to the formation of a new electric vehicle start-up.
Kenneth is an experienced litigator who is highly skilled at aligning litigation strategy with client business objectives. Kenneth’s experience in intellectual property litigation is substantial, particularly in copyright matters. Kenneth has also worked on very high-profile cases, including serving on the trial team in connection with an expedited, virtual trial in Delaware Chancery Court on behalf of client AbbVie, a large pharmaceutical company. Kenneth also served on the defense team for the motion picture “Inside Out”.
