Willenken is pleased to announce that Amelia Sargent has been selected to join the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) 2020 Class of Fellows. LCLD created the landmark Fellows Program to identify, train, and advance the next generation of leaders in the legal profession.
Amelia is joining a select group of experienced attorneys from diverse backgrounds who have been recognized for their potential as leaders in their organizations. She will attend the LCLD 2020 Fellows First Meeting taking place Feb. 21-23 in Miami, Fla. to start the one-year program.
The firm is a proud member of LCLD and a Willenken attorney has served as a fellow in every class year since 2014, beginning with Eileen Ahern.
“This is a great honor for Amelia. We are thrilled to have her represent the firm and continue our participation in the LCLD Fellows Program for the seventh consecutive year.”
— Paul Loh, managing partner
“[The LCLD Fellows Program offers participants] a year-long, in-depth program devoted to relationship-building, in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership and the best teachers in the business.”
— Robert J. Grey, Jr., LCLD president
The LCLD Fellows Program, which has trained more than 1,600 mid-career attorneys since 2011, is one of LCLD’s most important initiatives.
