Amelia Sargent presented oral argument to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Pasadena, Calif. on behalf of firm client Lumens Co., Ltd. Amelia had successfully secured summary judgment in Lumens Co., Ltd. v. GoEco LED LLC et al. that resulted in a $1 million victory and a total defense victory to $16 million in counterclaims in 2018, which the defendant and counterclaimant appealed. The matter is now under submission at the Ninth Circuit.
