Willenken is pleased to announce that Caitlin Foley Lynch has joined the firm as an Associate. An ambitious and results-driven litigator, Caitlin’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing large corporations, in a variety of industries, in both state and federal courts.
Caitlin handles matters at every stage of litigation, from pre-trial motions and depositions to assisting with trials.
Prior to joining Willenken LLP, Caitlin served as a Judicial Law Clerk for The Honorable Judge J.P. Stadtmueller in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
She also served as a Deputy Public Defender for Kern County in California. Before that, Caitlin practiced at Arnold & Porter LLP, where she was seconded to Public Counsel’s Immigrants’ Rights Project for six months.
