During the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP) 2021 Annual Business Conference, Managing Partner Paul Loh will help facilitate a breakout session titled “Men of Color: Conversations For Us By Us.”
This session allows attendees to openly discuss:
- How male attorneys of color may be challenged on their qualifications and accomplishments in a variety of ways and settings;
- The role men of color have in assisting and supporting women of color colleagues; and
- How to set and maintain boundaries between work and personal life, especially in remote and hybrid working environments.
