On Thursday, December 5, 2024, Willenken partner Kenneth Trujillo-Jamison will lead a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) session on “Managing the Risk of Trademark Litigation and IP Issues for Sponsored Content,” at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Southwest Ohio’s virtual “Just In Time” CLE program.
Kenneth’s presentation will provide IP strategies for in-house counsel on how to protect their brand in the digital age. Kenneth will also discuss trademark enforcement as well as using social media influencers to promote your brand.
