Brian Koponen et al. v. Pacific Gas & Electric Company

Represented Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E), one of the largest investor-owned utilities in the country, against a class action brought by landowners. The landowners alleged that the installation of fiber optic cables for general telecommunication purposes exceeded the scope of utility easements. Willenken secured a substantial settlement on behalf of PG&E.
