Willenken partner and trial lawyer Paul Loh was recognized as a “Leading Commercial Litigator” by the Daily Journal for the third consecutive year.

This annual report recognizes elite California litigators handling high-stakes commercial disputes nationwide. He also shares insights on the impact of AI and other technological advancements in the legal industry.

“Despite these developments,” Paul says, “the core skills of effective trial advocacy – thorough preparation, clarity, and persuasive storytelling – remain as important as ever.”

Over the course of his career, Paul has tried more than 120 jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and global corporations.
