Willenken Joins the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance

Willenken LLP is proud to announce that it has joined the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance (LFAA), a national collaborative of more than 200 law firms united in identifying and dismantling structural or systemic racism in the law.

The Alliance’s charter states its purpose as “leveraging the resources of the private bar in partnership with legal services organizations to amplify the voices of communities and individuals oppressed by racism, to better use the law as a vehicle for change that benefits communities of color, and to promote racial equity in the law.” LFAA aims to achieve this mission by creating large-scale, coordinated pro bono projects that are both immediate and long-term in scope.

“Willenken joins the Law Firm Antiracism Alliance to advance its mission and as another step towards eradicating systematic racism in the law. Willenken is a minority-owned firm that has always embraced and celebrated diversity. The Firm is determined not to be complacent in the face of injustice, and to recommit its efforts to build, and keep, a community and workplace where all can thrive. We are excited to work with other firms in achieving equality for all.”
