On June 1, 2022 partner Jason Wilson published his Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Leader Pledge. The goal of Jason’s public “Leaders at the Front” pledge is to move diversity, equity, and inclusion even further to the front burner of the firm, as well as the legal profession as a whole.
Jason’s Leader Pledge includes an action plan with detailed personal and organizational commitments to implement in order to further promote and enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion within the firm, the legal profession, and our communities.
The commitments listed by Jason are specific, meaningful, and measurable and all have the common goal of building a more equitable and inclusive world.
