On Thursday, November 20, 2025, Willenken Managing Partner Kenneth Trujillo-Jamison will present a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) session, titled “Ethics in Social Media” as part of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Southwest Ohio Chapter’s virtual “Just In Time” CLE program.
In this session, Kenneth will explore the ethical challenges that arise from the use of social media by lawyers and legal professionals. He will discuss topics such as maintaining client confidentiality online, avoiding improper communications through social media platforms, and navigating professional conduct rules in digital interactions.
Kenneth will also share practical guidance on how attorneys can responsibly and effectively engage on social media while remaining compliant with professional ethics rules in an ever-evolving social media landscape.
