Willenken is bringing a sweet taste of Los Angeles to the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) Annual Meeting & Law Firm Expo on Sept. 23.
Attendees who stop by Booth #6 can enjoy macarons from Bottega Louie’s patisserie in Downtown Los Angeles and ice cream sandwiches from Coolhaus, a women-owned premium ice cream brand that was founded in the Los Angeles area.
Continuing with the firm’s tradition of tying in a philanthropic aspect to the NAMWOLF Expo Booth, for every business card collected, Willenken will make a donation to the Black Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (BWL) Foundation. The BWL Foundation is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of diverse attorneys by providing financial assistance to second- and third-year law students.
Eileen Ahern, Paul Loh, and Jason Wilson are attending the NAMWOLF Annual Meeting & Law Firm Expo, taking place Sept. 22-25 in Los Angeles. Paul is speaking on a panel titled “Ratatouille — Hold the Rat (Crisis Management for Customer-Focused Business and the Lawyer’s Role)” on Sept. 23. The partners are looking forward to attending another NAMWOLF Annual Meeting and making a (literal) contribution to promoting diversity in the law at the Law Firm Expo.
